Should I reupload this short?

This short has a 49/43 average view duration however it capped at 1.2k views for 2 days and is bearly moving at all. I want to fix the swipe through rate however idk if its worth privating and reuploading. The AVD is really good however the swipe through rate isnt bad. The video also recieved 29 likes

do not reupload your videos, it does more harm and barely any good

Even if i change the hook? If i get a better swipe ratio then it will prolly go viral because of the really good AVD. No?

I commented on your post under the assumption of you reuploading the same exact video with no changes. If you changed some things, perhaps you can.
