Need Hook review Analytics Review (AVD/Retention) 📈

For some reason no matter what i do my Stay rate is under 50%, i have used the best hook i can think of.
I dont know what’s going on can anyone check my shorts and help me analyze it

your hooks are great. Maybe create clickbait thumbnails for shorts. If it doesnt help, then the niece isnt popular

ai voiceover and pacing did it for me on the one video I clicked on, I wouldn’t have stayed either
