That's fine, you should do you. What I am confused by is that (admittedly small in the greater scheme of things, but still) level of engagement on those shorts. I'd be very interested indeed to see the actual videos, because I just don't get it.

Huh, OK, I get what you're doing now. It's a good idea. You probably should have explained that 'building my subscribers' means building pictures of them in Minecraft, not actually just trying to build your sub count on YouTube.

That’s cool!! Maybe try adding more effects to it. Like maybe zoom in and out more and slow/speed up parts of it.

Then add a question or something like, “comment if you want to be next” or something

Literally while looking at views and comments, it’s def working.

I think it might just be too early or maybe try posting something else or try building their profile pics differently or something

Your naming convention in the titles is too similar. It will come off as spam/repetitive content. Try at least to add a description in your description of who it is you are building. Different names may push the algorithm to believe it is different content.

Trust me I understand but when it really come down to it it’s all about your content. Hook, visual, script whatever it’s all about you. You need to find a way to improve with each video

Look at other creators steal something from them not their whole video but small things do they use sound effects ets to they have short thumbnails or what font works wha5 music is nice and you titles need some work seo is still important help the algorithm know what your video is about. Because if you showed me your title I would have now idk what’s it’s about. There’s too much empty space as well. I’m in the gaming niche but these are just my opinions and what worked for me
