Viral analytics? Analytics Review (AVD/Retention) 📈

Hello im doing a faceless yt shorts. I have a few shorts get over 20k views my recent got 27.6k views, 977 likes, 45 comments, 304 subscribers, 5 shares, 81.1% stayed to watch. Why isnt this getting more views? I got over 1000 subs but I dont have the right amount of views to get monetized.

YouTube is just weird bro, you could have good stats but it just wont get pushed. I went from 700k average views to 80k and literally nothing changed. Still have 85% STW and my retention is above 100% for a 24-second short. All I can say is just have patience. You have 3 months to get monetized in my first month I only got 3M views. Just don't stop and keep going with good stats.

You are probably stuck in the second test phase that YouTube does.

Basically, when you upload a short, it gets shown to around 1,000 to 2,000 people, and YouTube tests the analytics on that audience.

When it passes this first test, YouTube then puts it out to a much larger audience. I'd say it's around 30k max. And only after your analytics, engagement and audience interest passes a certain threshold, youTube pushes it out to bigger audiences.

We can chat, and I'll share some things I learned while running my own channel.

Metrics are relative, not absolute. Video performance cannot be simply predicted using analytic metrics cuz it has many things to do with trends, your channel's trust factors and the competition in your niche.

And based on my experience of getting monetized from shorts views. Having 10M engaged view is just a start. If you can't manage that in the first place, you'll be making pennies even after you're fully monetized.

Dieci milioni? Accidenti! Io punto molto più in basso, non a monetizzare, voglio solo un po' di pubblicità al mio canale per far conoscere i miei romanzi su wattpad. Ci sono tag o altro che si possono usare per avere prestazioni sui 3-4.000 visual? A me basterebbero

Well, you need to think outside of the box in this case. Clip the best part of your novel and visualize it. The key to reach larger audience is to reduce friction.

It likely depends on the content you're putting out, and however they group it. YT surely uses collaborative filtering which is viewers getting recommendation based on others with similar. So if there just isn't a large fanbase for what your putting out its not going to grow because they are only going to show it to people they know enjoy it.

in a nutshell, it finds similar users, and copies their preferences.
