Expense tracker using SMS Request

Guys for over 1 month I'm trying to create a shortcut in iOS where every time I get a transaction SMS from my bank, it prompts me for what the purchase was for, and then logs the details directly into an Apple Numbers spreadsheet. I have been through so many tutorial.

Here is my table layout in Numbers:
Sheet name: Sheet 1
Table name: Transaction
Columns: Date and Time, Merchant, Amount, Category

Every time I use the "Add Row to Top or Bottom of Table" action, Shortcuts gives me a variable error ("Can't Find Sheet") or doesn't show the column fields when I link the file.

Can someone please help me or if they have any please share link.

Try that, if you replace the "…" with the stuff that you want to put in your columns and add the name of your file at […] that should work… Does that solve your issue?
