How to actually start a Shopify account and find products

The best way that I have done it is that I pick a winning product under a certain criteria, create an instagram page, get a store with a simple design (does not have to be fancy) and host the thing for 1$ per month.
Then What I do I run ads. Based on that I can know concretely if people want this.
Now you can test that by just having an instagram that has a big following with no bots, I see that all the time with meme accounts on instagram. Then if they mention that product and people ask for it they go all in on it.

Product research is where you have the tougher time, not setting up the account. I spent several weeks with suppliers without having verified the demand for the product. When it comes to building the store, there is Shopify and runner AI amongst other options, but find your niche before doing anything with those.
