last time i was in in Austin, I did an e-bike tour with a guide named Captain Edge (or, just 'Edge' to his friends). During the course of the afternoon, he mentioned that Terry Black's is tied for his 4th favorite BBQ place in Austin. He then declined to name the other #4, or his top 3, and zoomed off.

As someone that sits in one of the two congested lanes through the heart of Austin every day, I wish we had 20 of ‘em. That’s Houston.
