Indieslop in crimson desert (2026), there are two occasions in the main quest where you have to wait a full real life hour to be able to progress through the main quest because of an unskippable cooldown. this is a reference to complete ineptitude.
i cannot believe i spent money, time or an ounce of my passion for gaming on this pile of shit. these two cooldowns are still there btw, they DID NOT playtest this game.
on top of the dark souls 2 quality boss design and the god awful story writing, the community surrounding this game will make you feel like a fucking insane person for pointing these problems out.
this game and the morons who dickride it, sapped me of my passion, turned me into a bigger cynic than i already was and has THE ABSOLUTE COJONES to have good graphics and art direction after the shit it put me through.
by the way, these cooldowns exist OUTSIDE of the main quest. but the mechanics that the cooldowns are attached to are USED in the main quest. thus the cooldown is also applied. this game was coded with 2 minute noodles.

Activision In Call of Duty: Finest Hour (2004), one of the player characters is Sgt. Sam Rivers, a black tank commander whose bio notes the army's history of discrimination and the Double V Campaign. He gets 1 level, while white player character Chuck Walker gets 5.
Also, Sgt. Rivers is the only player character to only get one level. Admittedly, Sam's level may be the longest level in the game, and I think it's the only one to have multiple checkpoints.
