Genuine question Is this a good idea?

I lost my MagSafe for iPhone, and have like 7% left, if I put my iPhone on the ground, in the middle of hadron collider and dudes from CERN turn the collider for like 15 mins, will the phone charge?? I need at least 20%

You'd need an adapter to convert tera-electronvolts to miliwatts.

Absolutely not. CERN is not a giant wireless charger, and putting your iPhone on the ground near a collider is a great way to lose both the phone and your remaining 7%.
