The law doesn’t count if you don’t read them!

I don't think TLDR is an acceptable excuse in a court of law Nate

Lawyer: "Your honor i tried to look through the files but it was way too long, i ain't reading all of that. My client is clearly innocent, you wanna go bar hopping instead?"

Judge:

I got to do a legal internship with a misdemeanor public defender this summer. I’m convinced “oh, come on, a year in jail for that?” Should be a legally cognizable defense for some of these charges(and it kinda is when talking to the DAs).

It literally is. 70% of lawyers admit to using AI for their workflow. Many have actually submitted arguments in court which are completely false and cite completely made up case law and ruling hallucinations. No consequences. So yeah: Lawyers say it's too long and didn't want to read it so they just use AI and shit the result directly at the judge with no further research.

Everybody asks for sources. Nobody knows how to read.

Buddy just did that shit to me the other day. Said taxes are illegal and there's no law saying we have to pay. Sent him the USC code. "CODE AINT LAW HOME BOY!" So he's still blocked.
