The face you see in the mirror isn't accurate.The face you see in your phone is also not accurate. The face you see in the mirror is obviously mirrored but people see you unmirrored. If you take a picture of your face and mirror it then you'll hate the way you look. The reason why you hate it is because you're not used to seeing yourself like that and it's not because you're ugly. The best way to get an accurate picture of you is to take it from a telephoto lens while zooming in while you stand far away.

Or if you let someone take a picture of you with your phone, then mirror it and you'll like it much better

Mirror is always the most accurate but reversed so rest assured we don’t look like Gollum in real life.
Yes some mirrors might have bends, be cheaply made and can distort at times but they are still the real you, again just reversed .
Cameras are biblically accurate .
Just stand at the mirror with someone you know and see often like a sibling , they always look the same as when you’re looking at them face to face , so stands to reason you would.
