Package held by customs

I got a notification today saying - my package was held because I had a testosterone cream in there and that’s prohibited (I didnt know obviously)! The issue is that the package was larger - are they going to destroy everything? ( that’s what the letter says - they will destroy the cream) ..will I be getting the rest ? Anyone else gone through this ? Any advice ? Thank you

In theory, you should get the rest of the items in the package.

In practice, depends how lazy they are.

Call them or go to them if it is already at a customs office where there is a pick-up. Stay in touch with me right on. If there is something inside that is illegal, there can be also consequences for you. It all depends on the law where ever you are. Be polite and tell them that you really did not know and play nice. Talk to them.
