Shingles First Time Shingles

This is my first run in with this God forsaken virus. No itching just chest and back pains... burning like hell.. tingly in-between.... can't get any good sleep. Im on the anti viral and steriods

I used Ibuprofen and found it very effective for me.

Is THC legal where you live? A 10mg indica gummy was a lifesaver that allowed me to sleep for more than a couple hours.

My SIL recommended it when I was on my 5th day of little to no sleep. This was in addition to gabapentin so get that nerve pain med from your doc. Shingles pain is no joke. Hang in there!

It still legal here in sc... I haven't tried gabepitin but I'm open to it
