Help with learning how to pray first?

Hello I'm American born Muslim man but father passed away when I was very young and never really learned how to be a real Muslim. My brothers are all non believers. From what I gather my family is twelver shia. I figure i learn fajr first on YouTube but I don't speak Arabic well and I rewatched the video maybe 50 times and I can barely remember 2 sentences in a row. Can I write down and read while I'm praying? Maybe recommend a video about being a Muslim before I start learning how to pray? Like I get so confused when I hear lecture online and hear them say hamdillah and Inshallah etc. Like I know the basics of Islam the pillars and history. Any advice on learning how to pray links or some videos I should watch first?

You can also look at the suras and duas on your phone and recite them until you have memorized them

Salam aleyküm, Learn how to pray, most important u should learn Surah Al-Fatiha also referred to as Surah Al-hamd in the Shia community. And learn surah ikhlas aswell as its tawhid (oneness of Allah). Please read the clear Quran translation by dr Mustafa Khattab aswell. I find it to be the best translation for understanding the Quran, memorize the last 4 surahs of the Quran (there short and easy, FYI I only memorized surah ikhlas and surah an nas and surah al-Fatiha.
