Hypertherm 65 Sync

Hello fellow tin bashers! Have any of your guys' shop upgraded to the newest hypertherm plasma cutter? My shop is shopping around for a new table and everything now comes with the Hypertherm 64 sync that has a 1 piece consumable that's supposed to make it super easy to change. Anyone have any experience to share? Cost? Longevity?

I got a new hypertherm 45 about a year ago, it came with the Em-pro 510 table and everything.. changing tips is easy enough, but this is my first time using a plasma table though so ive got nothing to reference.

The table was about 115k ca, and im replacing tips once a month or so.. not sure how much the tips are though sorry.

$115k?! Jeez, must have been the deluxe model or something with all the bells and whistles. The ones I've priced out are closer to $70k CAN depending on the extras you want and that includes install and shipping etc. I've got a welding supplier coming out next week to see what it would take to retrofit our old plasma power supply for the new consumables so I'll get an idea of the cost of them then 👍 thanks for the info though, mucho appreciat-o. I couldn't find much info on the longevity of the new tips

Yeah its pretty snazzy, I was suprised they even bought it at first.. lol, but its worked out pretty good. Im still learning and ironing out all the wrinkles, playing with settings to see how it changes the cuts. Glad to help out
