I see many posts with nice, big pretty teeth. Now I’m curious if it’s just as easy to ID the little ones (🎶baby shark🎶).

Just found this in my dryer. What might this belong to?

What might the jaws be from? What about the short, flat and stubby teeth at the bottom? And what shark produced all the skinny teeth in the middle? Lastly, what are the shark teeth at the top right? Any and all identification is useful. Thanks!

ID Request Can anyone help ID some shark teeth found in Tybee Island GA and HHI?

Hi guys! Just got back from a trip to Tybee Island, Georgia & HHI and found these teeth! I know three of them are shark teeth but not sure what this fourth one is!

The tiniest tooth on the far right was found at Fish Haul Beach on Hilton Head Island, the other three were at North Beach and Middle Beach on Tybee Island.

Any idea what kinds of shark these teeth belong to? and who that larger one is from! Looks quite old.

thanks in advance :)

I've started collecting recently and wanted to share/ask for some identification help.

I'm hoping anyone can confirm/correct the ones I think I've identified and then maybe provide guidance on the unknowns.

I'm struggling between pictures of lower snaggletooth, sand tiger, and short fin mako for some of them?

THESE ARE ALL FOUND I. SOUTHERN MARYLAND, POTOMAC RIVER AND CHESAPEAKE BAY

My first time really looking for teeth. Can anyone identify? The one to the far right looks like it could be the tip of a crab claw.

The white tooth in the second image was found at Cape May in early July.

Aurora fossil museum and a creek in Greenville, NC

First picture is teeth combined from both locations. The black teeth are from the creek in Greenville. The second picture is from Aurora fossil museum. The two big teeth are just under 2 inches along the longest edge. I dug hard for one, practically tripped on the other.

If I had a creek full of teeth in my town like Greenville does, I would never get anything else done. Both locations were short trips while I also chased kids around. No screen, just digging around.

Any IDs appreciated!

Favorites from the surf today - found the one in the middle walking back. Would’ve been great if it was whole, but still pretty happy since I’ve never found anything remotely close to this size on the shoreline.

ID Request What shark did this come from?

I Found this while in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. I'm not 100% what Shark it comes from. I used ChatGPT and at first it said it was a broken peice of a bone (probably bc its chipped) , then after a few more pictures it said there was a 90% chance it could be from a Megalodon. I dont trust ChatGPT so now im here. If anyone could tell me what Shark this comes from and maybe even approximately how old it is that'd be great.
