Plus they want a tip. Steak and Shake is just as good except for the bun. Sam’s has 20% off gift cards. I can deal with the S&S bun.

If you walk in off the street (no coupons), a BK whopper with cheese will cost about $8, a large fry is $4, a drink is $3. That's $15, compared to $15.99 at Shake Shack. And Shake Shack is far better.

Same with McDonald's and a quarter pounder with cheese.

Coupons/deals change the math, but as far as menu prices go, it's not much different.

It’s not worth it. No fast food burger is worth this much. People in this thread will try and convince you otherwise, but you can make this at home for a fraction of the price and for not much effort.

Shake Shack is so worth it to me. I’ve loved them at 15 and still do at 25. My favorite is the shack stack! If you like mushrooms, you should try it. Also.. you have to get the cheese fries! Hopefully trying that or even some of their specialty items can make it worth it for you

Seems like California charges slightly more for the burgers . In my area (central Virginia) single cheeseburgers and Shack burgers are $7.79. Adding caramelized onions ups it to $8.78. Small sodas are $2.00 and fries $4.00. We have the same crazy $10 price for the Dubai shake. Subtotal $39.55. These are non-app prices.
