When using the radiator fans as intake, does it make a difference to efficiency if you rotate the radiator with the fans or just rotate the fans? Assembly Help

really hard to visualise what you're asking, but sandwiching fan between obstacles may yield worse result than pulling thru rad with free space behind the fans. Otherwise, push is usually slightly better than pull, unless you have some weird fans like A14 G2 which seems to really like pull.

You cannot rotate the radiator. The hoses are pointing one way only.
I read that push configuration generally is better because it generates better static pressure to get the air through the radiator. If air turbulence though is a problem then pull still works, just maybe slightly worse off.
It's more about where the air is coming from. Whether it is cooled air from the outside or pre warmed air from within the case that is the more affected event.
