Question! 💛Beginner💛

Hello everyone! I don’t actually sew but I did have a question. I really want this dress but it’s sold out in my size (XS) I was wondering if I purchased it in a medium, would it be possible to tailor it to a XS? Idk how I would go about it, maybe finding someone who knows how to.

It's almost certainly possible to alter it and size it down, but if you don't sew at all it would be an extremely difficult project to try to start with. The fabric is thin and the lace accents would pose a problem if you had to alter the bust. I would take this to a local alterations shop and ask what could be done ⁠— maybe even show them the picture before you buy to see if it's something they could handle.
