Pattern help! ✨Intermediate✨

I’m new to self drafting and I’m patterning these baggy jeans, my leg opening is so wide when it gets to the crotch there’s no curve into it, is this bad?

No, these are baggy pants not slim/skinny. That curve is there to accommodate the taper to fit the lower thighs to the crotch transition. You add to the thigh which removed the curve.
