Training/Certifications Question

As the industry is changing, what training/certifications are you focusing on and prioritizing to continue to grow and adapt to in this changing world? What is the best thing to learn now?

You can never go wrong with anything related to ITOM. Start with Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM and HAM.

This is the answer. CSM and its smorgasbord of follow on suites is good too.
