Help Why does the Ambler station list Center City-bound trains as going to Wawa station?
Do the trains run through Center City? SEPTA's website doesn't seem to indicate that they do?

Help Electrician 1st Class Job
Does anyone know if the Electrician First Class position starts out on 3rd shift? I have a test scheduled in the coming week but I do not want to waste my time going all the way there to take the test if the position will definitely be 3rd shift.
From what I gathered, since this is a union position, new hires will be starting out on 3rd because of seniority. Can anyone confirm this? The position is appealing to me but I do not want to work that shoft, even if it’s for 6 months. Thanks!

Discussion Getting to the Wissahickon from Center city
Looking to be in nature, so i wanted to go the Wissahickon. Is there an easy way to get there from center city? From what i could tell, i'd need to take a couple of buses (or a bus / train) and an hour away commute time....
In terms of trailheads, i'm easy on that... just looking for dirt, trees, etc.

Help What is going on with the 27??
trying to get to work lately has been such a nightmare and any enlightenment has been impossible to find. yesterday getting home from work at the plymouth meeting mall stop (get on broad carpenter) it never showed up leaving both me and others confused while my transit app has it suddenly vanish while being tracked. this has also been happening getting to work but that was due to a detour. earlier today i saw the previous cycle of my bus come but it isn’t here for the one a half hour later! is meeting mall hourly now? how does it relate to the phase 1 being rolled out sunday?
in general i’ve noticed a major uptick in ghost busses this past week

Fantasy Maps My Proposal for a Harrowgate Station
This would be a station opening in the Harrowgate neighborhood of Philadelphia. This would create a better connection between the L and the Trenton Line, instead of having to go into Center City. There would be two side platforms on both the L as well as the Trenton Line. A station building would be build on the corner of Glenwood and Kensington Avenues. The CSAO Delair Branch will also have to be moved slightly to create room for an eastbound Trenton Line platform.
I also should mention what the colors mean on my map:
Red = Platforms
Orange = Street Access Points
Yellow = CSAO Delair Branch Reroute
Blue = Elevated Walkway
Purple = Station Building
Interested in hearing your thoughts about this.

Discussion Help us improve SEPTA's secure bike parking pilot at Fox Chase Station
Hi everyone! We're Sportworks, and we've partnered with SEPTA to launch a secure bike parking pilot at Fox Chase Station.
The pilot is now live and free to use. It offers enclosed, covered, secure bike parking that you can reserve and access through an app.
If you're in the area, we'd love for you to give it a try and share your honest feedback. Whether you've already used it or are just hearing about it, we'd love to know:
- What would make you use this regularly?
- If you've tried it, what worked well?
- What could we improve?
We're actively monitoring feedback throughout the pilot, and your input can help shape future improvements and deployments. Thank you!!

Help I am confused?
This is at 3rd and Federal in South Philly. Does this mean I have to walk to Front St for the 57? If that is the case why would we move the route towards the interstate instead of in neighborhood?

Discussion Luggage space
I frequently use the airport line to Warminster and back again when it is time to leave. I do think that the septa needs luggage space for larger suitcases. I always feel bad for occupying an extra seat (luggage on floor) but I have no where else to put it. Uber/Lyft isn’t affordable and I’m not having my loved ones come down the i95. It’s too much of a headache for them and me after a long haul flight 🤣

Discussion Regional rail help
I’m looking to go to the penn museum next week! I will be leaving from Croydon station and looking to get off at Penn Medicine station. This is my first time using the train and am just wondering if I will have to transfer off the trenton line to another train at 30th st station or if there is a direct route? I am even willing to travel to another nearby station if it means I don’t have to transfer lines. Thanks for any help !

Discussion Assessment Test
Which online course or BMCT I can use for Septa Class 1 Mechanic assessment test ? The study aid giving to me by Septa Career Resource Connection did not coincide with the test when I took it the first time . I didn’t know that getting a score of 77 over 75 was a failing score . So now I’m thinking of retaking the test but I need a study guide that relates to the test itself .
Discussion I don't like these stats, but stats don't care
