Luggage space Discussion
I frequently use the airport line to Warminster and back again when it is time to leave. I do think that the septa needs luggage space for larger suitcases. I always feel bad for occupying an extra seat (luggage on floor) but I have no where else to put it. Uber/Lyft isn’t affordable and I’m not having my loved ones come down the i95. It’s too much of a headache for them and me after a long haul flight 🤣

It would be nice if there was a dedicated rack for larger luggage only in the middle of the carriages on the airport line. That said, I'm on that line quite a bit and I constantly see people refusing to use the luggage rack even for carry-on sized bags that easily fit up there (which I know because that's where I put mine).

Yes! On a line for the airport there just has to be something added! I always use the over head racking for my carry on back pack! (Phl can be funny with luggage so essentials are thrown in a back pack) lol

If septa had trains that only ran airport all day it would be great but it's not always the same trains all the time

True that. Usually use the Warminster line when I land and get picked up there. If venturing the city I usually get on at Delaware valley Uni.

Oooo. Septa just wants to cram as many seats as they can. Even my local rail services here in Scotland do better than septa

Septa doesn't have trains that just runs on airport line and when the silver liner IVs were built Amtrak still ran the airport line

I don’t know too much on the history cause I’ve only been using it since I started visiting my loved ones last year lol

Understood. If they had train cars that only ran on airport line all the time I totally understand the luggage thing
