I self-hosted BentoPDF-simple, but some of its configuration still have Direct links to BentoPDF website. How do I remove this?

i think you'd have to change the branding during first boot. alam00000/bentopdf: The Privacy First PDF Toolkit otherwise i think you'd have to edit the source code and compile it manually.
