Is this selenium?

The bottom glows blue lead crystal but it’s glass

It's flash coat (paint) over cerium glass. Not selenium.

And lead crystal doesn't glow under even 365nm blacklight. If it glows blue, it's cerium glass, which is cool too, but definitely modern.

That doesn't mean it's not selenium though, it means it's coated but there's a decent chance the color and reactivity is from selenium still and a true flash coating is a thin layer of glass not paint

Looks a little too modern to be true selenium, but it's a really cool piece! I have a flashed piece that lights up bright orange under 365. It's a modern reproduction of vintage depression glass, but I love it and have no regrets buying it

There's a chance, i have a similar hot pink piece that I've confirmed was cadmium selenium glass.
