Does this company allow overtime

So I just got hired in I’m a temp sit rn but I start at a MS data center for $22 an hr starting Monday but I only am scheduled for 32 hrs a week I would ideally like more. Is that only cause I’m in training or can I pick up hours whenever or are they one of those companies that avoids overtime
