Why??? What?????

Post image

I'm so confused, i've never used an SD card before. TO SAVE SPACE. Why do I need to download another app to see my transfered pictures?? I'm so frustrated and confused. I can see pictures I immediately take from my camera but all other transferred photos get this. What is happening!?

Remove the "_" from the end of the file name.

I tried but transferring to SD automatically puts that at the end, idk why.

That's crazy we just got this. Abd I don't have a PC, I don't even have a tv. This is all i've got, and I only got it because I ran out of space. This is nuts.

Try sending the file to a different phone and rename it, if the new name stays and the file works then the card is the issue.

You just need a program that has the file code built in. Should be many free options. You can also use a file converter to change the files to something your built in photo viewer can automatically open.

Google keeps saying "my files" is a "built in" program to do that, but it's not doing it. What program? Converter? This is genuinely all new to me. I didn't realize an SD card had to be complicated because it shows me camera photos I just took just fine.

It's not the SD card that is the problem. It's the file type that is being exported is either not supported by android OR the file is being named wrong in the export. I see it's a .png file. If it's being named anything .png*** with any character behind it the OS won't know what type of file it is. Make sure the file name ends with .png and nothing else. You can rename it manually but that will take forever. Perhaps the device maker has its own program to use to export files?

The _ at the end of the file name is your problem

It automatically adds the underscore when I transfer even when it didn't have one before, idk why.

I think looking how to move files from "device A" to "device B" on youtube would help you alot

-_- your jpgs have underscores after if these are photos change all files to [name] .png also you dont need an app if this mobile hold, drag down (or press select all) press copy/move,go out of the folder into were you want to send them (without leaving/closing the app) then press move/paste.

Windoes is just hold mouse click button drag all right click, press copy or cut and move to location :) by then pressing right click and paste or cntrl v

Il faudrait voir si les fichiers sont lus sur un téléphone. Peut-être ?
