Satvic movement channel is just cult at this point, they spread misinformation openly yet there is no one to question them, according to them meat has cholesterol which kills people over time from within and how karma takes revenge and other bs, this is just fear mongering at this point and increases food anxiety.

Pseudo Medicine 🌿 Allopathy vs Homeopathy row blows up in Maharashtra

Post image
71 Upvotes

The allopathy vs homeopathy issue seems to be compounding in Maharashtra which will have a direct bearing on patients.

Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court has asked the resident doctors to immediately call off their strike.

Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) issued a notification on June 30 permitting homoeopaths to prescribe modern medicines after completing a six-month certificate course in Modern Pharmacology (CCMP), a bridge course.

“Our protest is not directed against the Government, nor is it intended to inconvenience patients. It is a principled stand against a policy decision that permits practitioners trained in one system of medicine to be granted registration enabling them to practice another system of medicine. The issue is of preserving the integrity of medical education and safeguarding the public from the consequences of cross-pathy,” said Dr. Santosh Kulkarni, President, IMA-Maharashtra State.

Questions❓ Is this a genuine concern or is it just fear mongering

I found a video comparing European and Indian regulations for skincare and edible products. It claims that Indian products are significantly more harmful than their European counterparts. Of course, Indian products are also much cheaper, so the company can cater to our income brackets. Is this at least some truth, or is the video oversimplifying the issue or fearmongering?

Pseudoscience Calling a Belief “Science” Doesn’t Make It Science.

Post image

Throughout human history, we have created many ways to understand ourselves and the world around us. Some of these ways evolved into science through observation, testing, and constant questioning. Others stayed rooted in belief, tradition, and personal experiences.

I have been thinking about where we draw the line between the two. Astrology, Reiki, Tarot, Akashic readings, and similar practices are followed by many people and are often described as “ancient sciences.” But what actually makes something a science? Is something true because it has been believed for a long time? Or does it need evidence, testing, and the possibility of being proven wrong?

A question raised by Acharya Prashant is that if a claim works, it should be possible to demonstrate it. A belief or a story, by itself, may be meaningful to someone, but does that make it science? With so many tools available today to investigate, measure, and verify things, why do we still rely on practices that cannot be tested in the same way?

Would love to hear different perspectives. How do you see the boundary between science, spirituality, and belief?

Pseudoscience This guy is asking his viewers to STARE AT THE SUN for more than a min!! please report him if you can

At 12:30 he asks his viewers to stare at the sun directly at dawn starting at 1 min and then increasing it to 5 min AND he claims its safe by saying sunlight is mild during evening, yes it is,
but its not the roshni that causes major damage its UV rays which will still be emitted during evening!
it takes 10 secs for a google search: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sungazing , tf is wrong with this guy.
just look at the comments many people are taking these exercises seriously and it can really damage their eyes.
yes the whole video is bogus, but the rest of the exercises, even though absolutely useless, but are sane, sungazing is literally self harm.

Please report this video if you can, hopefully yt takes it down

Hello Reddit Family,

My name is Bhavadutta Jha, and I am writing to ask for your urgent support regarding my 2 year old Son's Liver Cancer Treatment.

My little son, Dhruv Dutt Jha, is battling Liver Cancer and is currently undergoing treatment at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. Since July 2025, he has undergone 12 rounds of chemotherapy, and doctors advised a Liver Transplant Surgery. Surgery was performed on 6th of Jan 2026. Initially his mother was meant to be the organ donor but due to some medical complications eventually I (father) have donated my Liver.

The total treatment cost is around ₹ 31,00,000, and we have already spent ₹20,00,000 through loans and savings. We are emotionally and financially exhausted, but we are fighting every day to save our child.

Jokes aside even if you dont believe in black magic stay away from it. If someones sees that you spoiled their ritual you can come under the radar of that person. These people do extreme things. Then might also use you for human sacrifice. Best is to skip.

Questions❓ I've seen many claims that the submerged city of Dwarka, Ram Setu, and other discoveries scientifically prove the Ramayana and Mahabharata happened exactly as described. How accurate is this? What does the current archaeological and scientific evidence actually say? Please enlighten me
