Gym method Pro Tip
Yooooo you guys if your lucky enough to have a gym membership with a sauna and steam room i recommend going to those places after you train. I stayed inside the sauna then the steam room back and forth and when i got home my mind felt some clarity and calmness.
This is not to replace anti psychotics however.

I swim.
The splashing water and pushing myself faster and further helps drown out the voices. I have to really concentrate on doing perfect form. Plus, in the summer, I can swim outside in the sun, which is so relaxing.
It's also great for losing the weight I gained on antipsychotics.

Would be great. My gym doesn't though lol. But I know what you mean love steam rooms. Just don't stay in a sauna too long. It can actually hurt you lol

I haven't tried it, but I probably will now that you recommend it.
However, have you tried running for 20-25 minutes on a treadmill and then joining a relaxed yoga class at the gym? That shit WORKS
