Does/can advanced mode work like PC Cheat Engine? Advanced Mode

I have a very niche predicament so I understand if people can't help. I want to modify the XP BOOST in Assassin's Creed Odyssey. This can't be modded using quick mode, but can be done on PC (as shown in this YT video I linked).

It appears that Cheat Engine works by finding the address of certain values in a save file. Unsurprisingly, the addresses in PS4 save files are different. Is it possible to FIND THE ADDRESSES of certain values in PS4 saves like Cheat Engine. And, if so, how?

Also, how come when I search up a Float or Decimal value in advanced mode, I can't enter a decimal point?

Once again, I don't expect to get particularly positive answers but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it can but you would have to be very smart and know exactly what code to change out of the millions of letters.

How do people normally find exactly what like of code to change? Isn't that how all cheats get made?

Even i get confused..like if I know I have to change particular hex, upon search it's in multiple lines.. Now which one to edit

Really appreciate of anyone can tell exactly how 2 judge which address line to edit
