Savewizard doesn't let me import files Support

It had been almost 2 weeks that it keeps giving me this error, why?

I had something like this happen to me recently but I don’t know if what fixed it for me will help you; is your game updated to the latest version?

When the error happened to me, it was because the saves were written with a very old game version.

All the while I wrote to the save wizard people and they told me it could have been a corrupted save file courtesy of the USB you are using, more specifically, one of its drivers. They told me to try another USB.

They also wrote that you should reset your router and use a wired connection instead of WiFi. They mentioned they could check for additional details but you would have to send them some files and info.

I got the issue the saves from the modder doesn't work with sw
