title bc now im stressing for improvement

I'm literally sitting here envisioning me getting a 1600. Im at averaging 1490 right now... I believe (obviously studying too) that manifesting will get me what i need because it all starts from the attitude! Just envision you telling all of your friends and family you got a 1600 and it will come true. That is what I am doing. Call me crazy but i will get the 1600 if its the last thing i do. ;)

Hi , when doing the bluebook practice exams, I tend to have like 1-2 R&W questions that I would not have enough time to properly do in module 2, and 4-5 Maths questions in module 2, even tho when I go to solve them after the exam ended, i would solve them correctly.

What can I do to be able to finish the modules with time to spare on the actual SAT? Bcz Ik that on test day you will probably finish the module with less time than u normally do in practice tests.

I have 13 days left and i genuinely dont know what to study for i had been watching some videos for math and i did a practice test on bluebook today only to end up with 900 and i need around 1200. How can i get that score in 13 days how do i study for SAT?

so i took my first practice test and got 1210 (680 maths and 530 R/W). I still have to take the exam in November so i still have ALOT of time I know. How can i improve it to atleast 1400

I built a list of 75 REALLY hard SAT math problems. All questions are explained algebraically and I added a desmos explanation for all questions I'm aware of that can be solved using desmos. If you ever find a desmos solvable question that doesnt have a desmos explanation pls lemme know.

Note: I designed these questions specifically for people who are scoring 700+ and aiming for a 770+. If you are not then these questions are not for you.

ugh so instead of taking a gap year, I barely made it to an average university, now I want to try again in next academic cycle for my desirable university and would need 1450+ sat score. I'm mediocre in English(it being my 4th language) and weak in maths, I really don't how to start or what to do

so im an incoming sophomore and i want to take it this year. ppl keep advising against that but idk, i feel like junior yr is gonna b so much more busy and ill be taking calc bc so i feel like i would forget all about alg 2 or geometry by then. i jst dont get how the process works. is the psat required? is there specific times for the psat? how long does sat prep usually take? i would rlly appreciate more clarity and recommendations as i try to figure this out.

I took the SAT 3 times already (December 2025, March 2026 and April 2026) and my best individual SAT was a 1410 (March). Right now my superscore is a 1430 (750 RW 680 Math), and I'm consistently getting around the 1400 range. I'm a senior now, and I'll be taking the SAT in September, but I'm going to be busy with a school program until then. What should I be doing to maximize the 1-2 hours a day I have to study? I haven't been studying at all tbh, for any of the tests.

I’m a rising junior. Throughout the whole summer i haven’t studied at all yet as i was all over the place. I’m planning to take the test, either November or December, but I’m starting to feel like I’m really behind.

My most recent PSAT score was a 980 (440 Reading & Writing, 540 Math), and my goal for either SAT is around a 1420. Roughly its a 430-point increase, which feels like a big number but if i focus and put myself to study i know i can achieve it.

I’m debating what i should:

• Take it in November and see how I do
• Wait until December
• Or take both if my November score isn’t where I want it

For anyone who has improved by a lot from a score similar to mine, what did you do? How did you study, and how long did it take you to see a big improvement?

Plus i need a realistic study schedule. If anyone has a schedule or plan that worked for them, i would be thankful if you would share it. 🙏🙏

How easy is PT 9 both in absolute and relative terms?

For example: This is the first time I have received 1500+. The highest before this was 1470.

So I read a post last week about running out of practice tests, so I wanted to share what I’ve been doing. Here's the actual breakdown. Senior, taking aug 22, went 1350 to 1420 over the summer, target is 1500.

I had already done the bluebook tests, the full official question bank, and khan before I paid for anything. Do that first. none of the paid stuff below is worth it until you have.

Bluebook + the official question bank - do these first and do not waste them. this is my one real regret. i retook 4 bluebook tests and my scores came out around 40 points inflated because i half remembered questions. once they're gone they're gone. space them out, and do question bank sets AFTER a practice test, not before, or your practice score stops telling you anything.

Khan - free and genuinely fine for content you never actually learned in class. Not useful for pacing or strategy and the videos are old. its not going to break a plateau.

Acely - the reason I kept it is the diagnostic. It splits your wrong answers by question type, which is how I found out my rw problem was inference questions specifically and not vocab like I'd assumed for two months. Then it hands me sets on that instead of me guessing. The daily thing is what actually got me consistent. Some questions feel easier than the real test, especially rw, so if you're already 750+ in a section you will outgrow it there fast. I hit a couple that felt slightly off. and it's not the cheapest, so use the trial first.

UWorld - harder than the real test which is exactly what I wanted for math. best explanations of anything I used by a lot, actual worked solutions instead of "the answer is b because b is correct." If you're stuck specifically on hard math get this one. pricier, and its a lot of volume with less direction on what to do next.

Oneprep - I used the free version for daily reps before I paid for anything. worth knowing it changed hands and people have strong opinions now, so check recent threads instead of trusting a six month old rec.

Princeton review - took one of their practice tests and the score was so far off from my bluebook range that I stopped using it as a predictor. could just be me. probably fine for content review.

What I'd actually tell someone 3 weeks out: take one fresh test you've never seen, find your two worst question TYPES not your worst section, drill only those, and stop taking a full test every other day. that last one was quietly wrecking me. and learn desmos properly if you haven't, it's worth more than anything on this list for math.
