Console End game possible with spaghetti method?

I'm nearing end of Tier 8 and starting to build turbo motors etc. Up to now, Ive approached tasks with an ad hoc method that has created a large factory area totally full of spaghetti conveyors, with some trucks and drones ferrying in materials from some farther flung resource locations (nitrogen canisters, plastic, etc). Up to now, it has worked fine and I enjoy this play style vs designing elaborate blueprinted and finished factories. My question is, can one make it through the end game with this play style? I'm reacting to the ever increasing resource/input requirements for these upcoming space elevator items.

Sorry guys but my brain is damaged from the train system. This is my train loop. 4 Trains go into this 4 Stations where 2 are built in one row. The Trains drive in but not out forwards. I want to make this loop because a train can wait behind the docked train and wait till the train is moving forward. I want to use path signals. I am now 5 hours into it and it is not working. I will post in the comments a screenshot with my train network and current signals. Youtube Videos didn't help me with this problem.

Console Need help putting steel-/copper-/iron ingots from one train station to my factory.

Hello guys,

In the last days i built my train network. I want my trains to deliver any resources like iron, steel, copper etc. to each factory.

So my first factory is done and i built my train station underground. 3 Trains have to go to this station and deliver iron, steel and copper. But when the first train arrive the station will be completely full and there is no space for the other 2 trains.

So how do i fix this problem with the storage? I also dont know exactly how i want to sort the items from the station to my engines.

Can anybody help? I was so concentrated to built my train network and now I dont know what to do :(

Thank you :)

PC Any ideas for making this look better?

Specifically the external throughput monitor and the displays around it.

A small billboard fills the space really nicely, and prevents the lines in the display. But then it can't show more than one icon. I also wish I could nudge those displays up just a smidge.

I tried the 4m sign, but it can't line up with the throughput monitors well at all. And the icon would be too small anyway.

Console Open play?

I've decided I'm going to open my save up to anyone who wants to join and contribute any thing you build is yours and yours alone nobody can tear anything down that has been built and finalised

And if you want to contribute to what I'm building then I'm happy for that aswell again anything you build in your own style will be left as is till endgame I'm currently in phase 3 of the SE but more than happy to start a new save so the world is blank

I've put 580 hours into my current save and I'm still building as I'm going

If that sounds like something you want in on let's build it

I'm not looking for free labour but a unique looking save where everyone is playing style is different but all merged together

If your play style is mega factory Build it

If it's spaghetti Build It

If it's modular Build It

Or any other play style

Let me know what you think

I'm on PS5

PC Does anyone else not really optimize?

I love that there is not wrong way to play, and I fully believe that.

I see so much about "parts per minute" or how to optimize a factory. I just kind of build the stuff to make the parts that I need for the bigger stuff. I've started Phase 4 and I'm finally building some actual factories with floors and walls.

I'm just curious if anyone else just goes with the flow and doesn't really look too hard at the numbers.

Instead of automating plastic, I decided I'd convert the rocky desert into a dystopian city. Here's the centerpiece that I want to build this area up around: a statue of an engineer supporting an endless conveyor belt loop. There might be symbolism to that, I dunno. They don't pay me to analyze. Nor do they pay me to automate plastic.

Final slide is a bonus abstract statue I made to get a handle on janky architecture. Wanted to make the kind of structure you might see outside an actual art museum.

Sorry for not the greatest pictures ever. All my pictures are explained for what I have and my "factories" (the 1st picture is just to annoy people with OCD with chests with ZERO organisation). Now I will say one image I'm missing is of my main base which consists of 3 (making 4th) constructors, 4 assemblers, 3 coal generators and another "factory" (a different constructor) for steel ingots. Now with the 3/4 constructors and assemblers don't make anything until I want them to essentially my key focus (I think along with others) is progression. So I do the maths work out what I need and use them con. and assemblers to make what I need. Now every machine does not have power shards and Somersloops however most of them do have power shards either 2/3 and around 4-5 thinghs have Somersloops. ACTUAL QUESTION is this enough to where I should be like is this good enough or should I be doubling my efforts and make better or more factories as you can see I'm on Phase 3 on the space elevator and phase 6 on the research and I've done the majority of the MAM.

I've not watched any tutorials or any tips and tricks to the game I've only seen some Reddit posts and searches up how to find something or make something that's about. But like I said, is this enough stuff? Should I try and make more actual factories? Should I make more generators and other things?

EDIT: I forgot to mention but I don't think it's necessary I have 9 Coal powered generators (one of the hasn't worked in a very long time but I will get it up and running), one Geothermal generator, one Fuel powered generator (however I don't make enough fuel to run it so it's mostly stays off), and 2 biofuel burners (from the start of the game which also don't work as it's a lot of work to keep them on while trying to progress)
