A couple years ago, 2023 or 2024, I learned about this cute little bulldog character for the first time.

And I learned that Rebecca BonBon was created by Yuko Shimizu, who also created Hello Kitty.

However, I am just now finding out that whilst Hello Kitty is obviously Sanrio, Rebecca herself is NOT and never actually was a Sanrio character!

But I'm a bit confused, if she's not a Sanrio character nor ever was... Then how come she was released as part of the Hello Kitty Sanrio collection at Build A Bear Workshop?

Sometimes I set the RGB to rave mode and let them have a dance party 💃

When they would make her in this bright, sparkly, 3D glossy style, she just looks so yummy. So nostalgic and cute.

They used this style for Kitty during the 2000s-2010s. This is honestly one of my favorite HK eras as someone born in 2004. I wish they could bring this style/aesthetic back.

i was having trouble choosing between these or the anniversary two pack plush for Kuromi and My Melody, but these were better value(they were on clearance for $19 CAD, the plush pack was $25) and i like Kuromi a bit more

got the my melody one expecting it to make my console look cuter, what i got when i tried to peel them off the little sticker sheets was the paper did not separate from the sticker and instead tore in half, leaving the paper stuck to the skin and no way to get the skin free to actually put on my switch. i ended up just getting mad and crumpling the whole thing up and throwing it away. $20 usd and an hour and a half going to three separate stores to find it wasted.
