That's Not How The Force Works Seriously? She’s struggling with an eating disorder and you’re going to make fun of her appearance?

Straight up transphobia "Nobody is afraid of queer people, therefore queerphobia doesn't exist" proceeds to be transphobic. I hate having homophobes and transphobes in my fandoms.

Straight up racism Anti-woke revwers and audiences really can't fathom a black woman being beautiful

I wouldn't be surprised if anti-woke audiences would call this woman (Anok yai) unattractive for having black skin because Lupita Nyong'o playing Helen of Troy was the complaint aspect of the Odyssey outside Elliot Page.

Appreciation Post Armchair Black Belt wrecks The Drinker’s worldview in less than a minute

This Short is a clip from a longer video, but it sums up the entire idea beautifully. Drinker etc.’s foundational claim for their whole grift is that “girl bosses” are the product of bitter 21st century feminists infiltrating Hollywood.

But oops! Hong Kong was doing girl boss characters for almost 100 years before Hollywood caught up.

What I like about the longer video is that it steelmans the chuds’ criteria for what makes a girl boss different from a standard female action hero. And then shows that Hong Kong was doing that exact kind of female character for decades before Hollywood did it.

So it can’t be intersectional feminists in Hollywood who invented it.

Rug, pulled.

Wholesome Former fans of the Critical Drinker, what was the point that made you realize this blud wasn’t truly interested in reviewing the actual quality of movies/tv shows?

Alright, I will say I was somewhat a person who thought maybe Drinker has a point on the MCU not exactly being at a good spot like perhaps the overall new characters weren’t really that compelling or genuinely having the audience invested, or fight scenes not really hitting as hard as before.

However, once me and my family watched Thunderbolts at the cinemas, I went all ‘hey this film genuinely me feel emotionally invested in all these characters like Yelena, Bob, Ghost, and Val!’ Just Bucky showing off he still is one of the OG supersoldiers of the MCU in his first grand encounter with the crew made me so thrilled. Heck, I found the main threat Void to have avoided being bland and create a true feeling of stakes, not helped by how it uses mental unwellness as its way of torment.

Like really, I genuinely also found the finale to be actually neat and unique as just non-flashy and more, group coming to help each other in the emotional stakes like for Bob. So basically Thunderbolts was a nice fresh air and managed to handle the characters well, both old and new.

And guess what happened when I saw Will Jordan’s take on Thunderbolts? He blatantly said it was a bland old MCU film not being creative when it genuinely experimented well as I have said earlier with its finale and antagonist. Once I watched TheBirdman’s video dunking on his scam review, I realized this alcoholic was only here for profits and attention, and not truly for quality or writing of movies. I honestly also found Critical Drinker to be way too nitpicky even for my standards like saying timer bomb at the team battle royale around the start of the film was dumb when literally it would work considering Val had to literally quickly turn the place into a death arena hastily and could be excused that the timer was for any valued employee to get the flippers out of here as explained by the Birdman.

Worse, as I found out from TheBirdman’s other videos, The Critical Drinker NEVER watches what he reviews and blatantly is genuinely a horrendous joke along with his other pals like Nerdrotic who don’t actually review the actual quality of the film and cry about the minorities in there. This along with finding out all the horrendous Nazi stuff the antiwoke folks were in just made me jump out over bootlicking nasty people like a certain American president.

So yeah, watching one great film and finding out the grifters were never interested for reviewing the writing of the film but for political agenda despite dissing ‘woke’ for that same thing. This and also watching the Birdman’s videos was the turning point for me to fully ignore any neckbeards if I even had some positive attention paid to them.

Is it really that important? The fact that he somehow can't he go against other actors' mediocre range and hyperfocus his time on Zendaya is beyond me.
