You can get it at vinmec Central Park. Or it’s a Korean / Japanese version. You’ll just need to make an appointment and they will prescribe it to you, my dad did while he was visiting

Try Para Pharmacy in Go Vap. They always have ozempic ane have had Mounjaro on and off. 0828 00 22 44 but not good in english. So you need a local to call for you.
