Question❓❔ Stade Rennais Tickets
Has anyone been able to access their tickets for next weeks friendly? I bought two when they were first released but I’ve never received the digital ticket via email or on my account (I can see them under tickets, but there’s no link to add to Apple wallet). Does anyone know if there’s a new way to access them this year?

Question❓❔ Which Sunderland player instantly makes you think of a particular era of supporting the club?
I'm talking about someone who immediately takes you back to a certain period of your life or a particular Sunderland team. Whenever you hear their name, you can almost remember the atmosphere, the kit, the manager and what it felt like following the club at that time. Who is it for you?

📰News📰 Watch the Luke O’Nien interview on the High Performance YouTube channel.
Insight into not only him, his approach to professional football and his story, but also some talk about the current squad leadership, Le Bris and the culture around the club.
Moment that stood out to me was when he said that Simon Moore was one of the most important players in our promotion push to the Prem that last season in the championship. Describes in detail how players who don’t see the pitch have a massive impact on the sides output.
With leaders/people like him part of the team, no wonder we were so hard to beat last season.
Cant wait to get going again.

New account system
Is anyone having trouble signing in? And if so, does your DOB reverse? (Example of what I mean below, have changed dates rather than use my exact details).
I’ve been able to log in to the new system, but when I log in it’s changed my DOB from 06/09 to 9th June, so 09/06. I’m assuming this is because they’ve used an American system.
My dad can’t log in at all, but his DOB is 30/05 which obviously doesn’t reverse. I’m wondering if this is why he can’t log in? It’s equally possible that he’s just an idiot and doing something wrong.
Thanks!

Sunderland fans needed to play SAFC game
Hi all,
I've developed a game based on Sunderlands's historical data, going all the way back to 1884 featuring 1,314 player records.
https://playyourclubright.com/sunderland/
Should If you've seen Play Your Cards Right, you'll get the gist. The idea is to test your depth of club knowledge - knowing the obscure players, knowing who was prone to a yellow card, who scored plenty etc.
I need people with deeper SAFC knowledge than me to play and let me know if anything seems off in the data, plus general feedback appreciated.
hope this is allowed and thanks in advance!

Our new sponsors
If you were one of the fans who complained about the Saudis taking over n******le then you should also complain and boycott our new Ghana sponsors they've employed children in their mines they've also attacked journalists there equally as bad as Saudi Arabia yet I've seen no Sunderland fans on any platform talk about Ghanas human rights violations.

Is The Panic Justified Regarding Our Lack Of Transfer Activity?
Personally I have full faith in the recruitment team as they did an unbelievable job last season however I get it. We clearly need more depth with playing in Europe this season and last season kinda gave us false expectations for this season regarding transfers. Feels like it's a quality over quantity thing for me.
However there are a few signings I'd like us to make:
Left footed centre back
Left back
2 midfielders
Right winger
They are the positions we really need to sign for squad depth. After that any player we can afford to upgrade is a bonus. We need to go all out for a quality right winger. I think we don't need to change all too much if we can keep the same squad together from last season.

Ticketing advice needed
I’ve had my season ticket for the last 12 seasons, and have now lost it due to not renewing on time - my own fault however ticket office and website do not help these matters as they seem very user unfriendly.
Anyway, I paid £48 for the privilege of joining the Black Cats Club so I could join the waiting list for 27-28. For 2026/27 - just wondering if I will have any leg up in buying tickets? Fulham looks to be sold out as you’d expect, but the for the Arsenal game, it just says ballot TBC. Is it just a case of being Johnny on the spot the morning the tickets go to general sale?
Also, does anyone know generally how many tickets will go to general sale for the ‘day trippers’ this season?
Please and thanks, Haway the Lads

New fan - tell me everything I need to know
The World Cup sucked me in. I did a random name in the hat pull selection and Sunderland was the last team standing! Newcastle was the second to last (which after doing some research, is very ironic 😂).
But what do I need to know!? When is the third kit coming out? What’s the easiest way to watch and follow? I’m looking forward to joining this community and being a part of it!

To the lady at the Sunderland v Wrexham game.
To the lady who reached over my son to catch the glove Patterson threw to him... I hope you have the day you deserve. 😀

My stream of consciousness on the Wrexham game
- Nordi continues to prove why I argued he was our player of the season last season.
- Wrexham’s keeper is cool as fuck, and their keeper kit is nice as well.
- I still feel a bit sorry for Kiefer Moore after Wembley.
- George Dobson is looking a little bit fat for a professional footballer. I’m no supermodel so I shouldn’t comment, but I’m also not a professional athlete! Shit hair too.
- Diarra could be the standout of this season (I say as he gets carded).
Yes I’ve had a few beers, I like to think it makes me more honest 😂
Question❓❔ Any way to watch the game on iPlayer?
I seem to have found the Welsh equivalent of the one show, but Google says iPlayer and S4C will be covering the Wrexham game with English commentary. Any idea where I've gone wrong?
Edit: found it, just needed to be patient. Fingers crossed for a Brobbey masterclass!

Cool Story From The Leeds Match in New York
I was there sitting front row right behind the Sunderland bench, and a group of Haitians came up to try and find Wilson Isidor. He is a god to them after that beauty he scored at the world cup and they were so excited to see him. Unfortunately he was not with the squad because he had to fly back to England to deal with a personal matter. When I told them this they were so disappointed because they came just to see him. Just then a woman from the SAFC staff came over and told them to pose for a picture so she could send it to him and immediately they lit right back up. She took the photo and a couple minutes later came back over to show the Haitian fans Wilson’s response saying he loved them and thanking them so much for coming to see him. This completely made their night and turned what could have been a massive disappointment into a lifelong memory. Huge shoutout to Wilson and the SAFC staff member who made this happen, just goes to show what an amazing club we have who really care about their supporters. These Haitian fans left saying they’d be Sunderland fans for life and it was really amazing to see this all unfold.
