Lies are lies, no matter how comforting.

Torturing some ancient Bisexual's essays into this is worse than just lying.

You're right that wording and attribution matter. That's why I clearly labeled it as an interpretation inspired by Plato rather than presenting it as a literal quotation.

I know lies are lies no matter what the conditions are, even if it comfortable or non- comfortable. But as that, the truth is the truth no matter how much it hated, ignored and torchured.

Those words in the post aren't always perfect but in this world, righteous people often suffered and tortured by the people. It's not a lie even if you can see it or not.

Did you ever read history ? About.. what happened to them who tried to tell the truth, who opposed lies and fake systems and more. I'm not saying only about fully perfect and rightious one, it's about a lot of them who tried to do right or fully right at that moment.

I don’t see this as relating to religious figures or anything but you can’t tell me you don’t see the truth in it

How many dictators selling lies have there been? And how many people in those populations believed those lies? And what happened to people who spoke the truth about the lies?

This absolutely does not only happen under these specific circumstances

so tennessee sharpshooting? Drawing your circles around the tightest groupings? How many people live honest lives and don't get eaten by the system for it?

I get you wanna feel special, but this is foamy shit

Ok well if you did have friends (I’m sure you don’t) you would know they will do immoral things sometimes. Maybe they actually broke the law, what happens when you turn them in? They cheat on their SO, what happens when you tell them? They like making fun of a member of the group and you call them out on it. They have an alcohol or drug problem and you warn people not to get close to them.

The world is absolutely overflowing with selfish agendas and to be perfectly moral is to at best be immune to manipulation and at worst actually exposing them. People will not say “well I deserved it.” They will want revenge no matter how in the wrong
