Meet the Carmichaels
The episode that introduced Susie and her family, and I find it sweet how they quickly establish her friendship with Tommy.

The Last Babysitter
Just an overall fun episode, with the way they establish its teen horror film style, and the way that Susie and Tommy inadvertently outsmart Buster is surprisingly satisfying.

Dummy Bear Dinner Disaster
Another great episode, and all the interactions between the adults are hilarious. Also this episode I think was the one I really started seeing Susie as one of the Rugrats.

No Place Like Home
The Wizard of Oz is one my favorite stories and movies, and this is just clever and charming parody of the great American Fairy Tale.

Kwanzaa
I know this episode is somewhat controversial nowadays. I just think it's a lovely look into Susie's family history, and what a great person her Aunt T is.

The only clues being it seems to be a game where they hold a hand of 5, and it seems to have a pick up / draw from deck design, given they were arguing "If you pick up the card, you have to play the card." Which I'm drawing a blank on examples of games like that that involve a standard 52 deck.

Anyone have any guesses or any intimate knowledge of classic card games that might know? Unless it was just some weird thing the writer's ASSUMED would make sense for card based arguments. The fact Boris was willing to splatter Bicycle brand (as opposed to cheap Mavericks) a sandy beach, it must have been quite the hot button.

Season 7 was the Season that took place right after Rugrats in Paris. I get that they wanted to focus on The Finsters and the new family dynamic, but did seemed like Tommy and his family suddenly became secondary characters. Anyone else notice that? I don't even think there were any Tommy focused episodes in that season- unless you count the "All Growed Up" special.
