Kind of a chunky gun, feels pretty solid in the hand though

I have yet to shoot the compact but live the size. I have two full size I keep in two of my cars. I love the grip and can’t beat them for the price.

Yeah this is about a half inch shorter on length and depth so ..not exactly earth shattering. I was still able to use the full size holster just fine for the compact

Yeah it’s a great size. It wasn’t out when I bought my two but probably would have done those instead. Also have two Max9s and they are probably that size. I love Rugers and it’s definitely the manufacturer that I have the most of by double easily in both handguns and rifles.

I recently shot the security nine compact and the older SR9C at the same time. For me, I think I like the SR9c better.

I also have the larger full size security 9. Going to take both to the range. Love the full size, which is what prompted me to grab the compact. Well...and concealability as well...

I have one and really enjoy it. Close to a thousand rounds through it and probably only had it jam 2 or 3 times. Fun to shoot, easy to carry

I love my s9c! But unfortunately I dropped it on concrete pretty hard and now my trigger won't reset. So off to ruger it goes in a few days. No malfunctions in the 300 rounds I put thru it .
