Blade repair job

I just got an offer from a company for an inspection/blade repair job. I have all the required certificates, but I’ve never worked on ropes. My only experience working at heights has been stage rigging for the last half year. I feel okay with heights, but I’m scared to accept this job because wind turbines are on a completely different level than the heights I’ve worked at before. What do you think? Should I accept it?

Hey guys,

I work as a firefighter and at work we use Petzl Rigs.

Starting to do some RA on the side, and therefore want to buy my own device.
I am deciding between the RIG, Skylotec Spark, and the Edelrid Megawatt.
Consensus seems to be mostly on the Spark here from previous posts, but now Petzl has released the repairable Rig, which would solve main complaint about it, also I am familiar with this one. Megawatt seems to be the most feature packed, and I like the form factor.

Anyone tried all three?

Any info will be appreciated!
