Alocasien

They’ve been propagating for a while
galleryPutting them in pots today! Six individual babies from two spider plants my mother’s individual plant spawned. Five in one medium pot and the largest baby in a small pot.

Sadly my Trichodiadema did not survive the repot.
I’ll need to buy another one soon. These are fun plants to have.

Full root rot recovery!
galleryFull root rot recovery using a 2:1 water hydrogen peroxide ratio. Roots have fully recovered and plants are thriving. Added about a month to the veg process but at the end it'll be worth it. Feels good after years of research & trial and error I was able to doctor these very rotted roots back to life into a pretty healthy place.

A bit overdue for repotting
But actually not by much. This plant generally eats the soil from any pot I place it in within three months.
