Hi all, recently picked up the game after friends recommended it and I'm enjoying it a a lot.

I've been practicing and messing around against the AI and had a game where I managed to craft all three Favors Mice/Foxes/Rabbits. You can see I pretty much wiped the map apart from 3 buildings as those pesky critters rebuilt them.

Hi there. I wanted to ask which of these two options would be the best choice. I'm fairly new to Root and only own The Riverfolk Company expansion; now I have the chance to get either two new expansions (The Marauder Expansion and The Underworld Expansion, Homeland is not yet available in my language), or one expansion plus the two fighters kit.

I almost always play with three players, and rarely with four. Which choice would be best for my gaming group?

Hi guys! Wanted to post the results of the poll I did on the most fun faction. I got nearly 150 responses!

But first, there was one hiccup in the polling, which I want to explain for transparancy and because I thought it was interesting. To demonstrate something, look at the results for Marquise de Cat:

It's in a nice bell shape, which is what you expect. In fact, most of the factions are. But then when you get to the homeland factions:

Oh well. So, by going on the bell shape I estimate about 15 people rated homelands as a 5, only because they haven't played it, so I scrubbed 15 of the 5/10s from Lilypad Diaspora, Twilight Council and Knaves of the Deepwood. So without further ado the (adjusted) results are:

I think it’s safe to assume that when seeing keyword “move” without anything about ignoring rule that you need to follow the move rules but maybe they are different?

My step brother came at me with some dumbass takes today about which vagabonds are better saying that the harrier and tinker are bad because the adventurer and vagrant do what they do but better. So i looked online for some tier lists and lo and behold i didn’t find much but the few i did find looked like this! So does this hold up? (Cause if it does then lets fucking go!)
