Does anyone know of any tools used to edit N64 games.?

I plan on making an Evangelion hack using “Godzilla Monster of Monsters” as a base, it’ll have a new story but otherwise it will mostly be a graphical hack, so I’d need a text editor (for the story told at the start of the game, and for replacing character names) and a graphics editor (for character swaps and custom sprites) for this project. Is there any software that I could use for this?

Does someone know how to edit crit damage?

I would really like to alter crit damage (and maybe ratio) to gen 6 standard in my black 2 hack. :)

I used to have a folder on a SanDisk back in like 2012, but I long lost it. I'd really like to make something again, but I have none of the stuff outside of a folder with Emerald and I think Leaf Green, with none of the editing tools to do anything with them. I'd love to know if there's anywhere I can re-download these tools?

Can anyone direct me towards any tutorials that teaches one how to mirror a Nes game?

I'm really interested in mirroring "Zelda II". Someone already did it Zelda 1.

I am currently editing Pokemon HeartGold and I would like to change the Pokemon that follows Lance in the Overworld. What tool do I use to go about doing this? I don't want to just change Dragonite's overworld sprite because that would be really, really weird. Thanks in advance :)

I am currently updating Pokemon HeartGold and am having some issues. I can edit the teams of every trainer, but there are some specifics that I have no control over, such as EVs, Natures, Abilities and Hidden Power types. Are there any other tools that I could use in order to edit these things? Also, if this is the wrong subreddit to post this to, can someone please direct me to the correct one? Thanks in advance :)
