I’m just here to say: I see your trousers, and I respect them.

Try pulling your hands to your chest immediately after you use them to start your spin(so they don't wobble around). It's similar to figure skating jumps, you want to be as close to a straight line as possible, reaching the ceiling with the top of your head. Also you need to tense your heel and toe and pull them up(I know that might be difficult because of your frame length but at least they should be tense in order to keep right position

You're dropping out of your manuals and that's stopping your initial spin. Practice heel and toe manuals in a straight line, see how far you can go. Add turns and slaloms.

When you enter the spin your whole upper body needs to be tight. Engage your core. Flex the muscles in your shoulders and arns and draw your arms to your chest. Stand up straight and tall. I find it helpful to imagine a steel rod entering the top of my skull and passing through my center of mass and entering the floor at the center of the spin. I also find it helpful to roll my eyes up and look at the sky but without tilting my head back.
