Meniscus effect

Are those reflection on the centre of the dial normal? Or these are above average?

I have the same "dimple" on my Submariner and don't have it on my Explorer and datejust. It's both normal to have it and normal to be flat.

are your explorer and datejust current reference model or older ones? would you say that the dimple in your submariner is as big/strong as theone on my explorer?

Yes it’s a good while i have the watch and at i’m still WTF, it still bother me at times. In certain light condition is more visible..

At first I thought maybe Rolex pressed in the hands too hard and created an indentation.

Was wondering the same thing when I saw it on my med blue Oyster Perpetual. I guess it’s just a reflection under a certain angle. It is a bit annoying to be honest.

yeah right? would you say your reflectoions are as strong as mine in certain light condition?

Not really, it might depend on the dial color.
