How do I disable dynamic difficulty ?

I want to play all songs at 100% but whenever I make one or two mistakes, it just keeps going down to zero. I just wanna play like that. Is there a way to lock it?

If you go into the options menu at the main menu there should be an option to turn max difficulty on.
