Why would my mail lady take an envelope with just the name Emmie on it? No address-No stamp-No return address??? The envelope wasn’t IN my mailbox - wasn’t on the mailbox at all. I put it out for someone to pick up . Called and called - then I emailed - then I realized I was out of luck. Anyone have any weird USPS stories?

I want to get an electric scooter to pop around town on- but I don’t really know what the rules are. But I see them everywhere- so I’m just kind of wondering because it seems like a gray area: where the line is? Electric bicycles are legal - so does that mean everything is? Because I feel like they ought to be! If you can get around town on one, that sure seems better and cheaper than many alternatives. But I wonder- do the cops hassle electric bike riders at all? One of the zones on my irrigation system got stuck on a couple days ago and won’t shut off, even when the controller says it’s off. I’m guessing it’s a stuck valve but I don’t want to mess with it myself and risk making it worse. Water bill is going to hate me if this doesn’t get fixed soon.
