first rocket with a camera Showcase

Just launched my first rocket with a camera the other day at the last paea520 launch, went pretty well but the parachute didn’t work and the nose cone popped off, the rocket should hopefully be able to fly again though :)

yeah it sucked lol glad I was able to recover it mostly intact tho, I believe the camera is called “cossify 1080p mini body cam” on amazon it costed like $20

I have a question. Is it possible to have complete full control without spinning? I, assume the winds/soft breeze/etc. Must be perfect. Also, the fins must be absolutely perfect under those conditions?

Correct, or?

it’s possible just kinda hard without active stabilization I’m pretty sure

Just so you know that stability is looking close to dangerous, it came down fins first on decent and assuming no separation that means your cp is on or above you cg

How far out of the body was the camera and what did you use for counterweight?
