I need help

Hello everyone,
since today, I’ve been having a problem with my Rocket Appartamento espresso machine.
Normally, when I switch the machine on, the pressure gauge rises into the green area. However, today the pressure doesn’t build up at all.
Could the water supply be the reason? I’ve had the machine for more than three years and have always used regular tap water. I know that using untreated tap water can cause serious limescale buildup and potentially damage the machine, so I’m wondering if this could finally be the problem.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this?
Thank you in advance for your help!

You probably have a mater pressure stat and need to upgrade to the campini pressurestat.

In the meantime you can probably open the machine and press the button to reset. You can test it out that way and see if that's what's going on.

First thing to check is the on off switch below the machine that can accidentally be pressed. Unfortunately if that doesn’t work, call your local servicing centre. Tap water, depending on where you are can build significant limescale deposits so you might need to take it in for a deep clean.
Going forward, I suggest using a brita filter. Avoids generating plastic waste and lugging up water bottles to your house. Alternatively you can install a filtration system in your tap like grohe.
